The Saga of Dead Eye, Book Two: Werewolves, Swamp Critters, & Hellacious Haints by Ronald Kelly

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Five "Bloody Dust Trails" Stars

Supernatural Action!

A small taste of what lies within:

Dead Eye along with his side kick Job are back in this second book raring to go! They are still in pursuit of the witch, Evangeline and her minions as they escaped with Dead Eye's son Daniel. Dead Eye and Job run into obstacles as they try to track down the evil crew and they come across some supernatural calamities including werewolves that appear to slow them down some as they try to catch up to the witch.

The closer they think they are something slams in their way causing them to lose ground, but they are relentless in their pursuit as come hell or high water they are going to keep on the heels of the witch Evangeline and one way or another they are going to make them pay!

That is about all I can hand out with a small taste so if you want to know more then go read this book!

Thoughts:

Once again I became caught up in this continuing story of Dead Eye and Job. It has been a couple of years since I read the first book but once I started reading this story everything came back in one fell swoop and I fell right back into the story line of the book.

The pace of the story moves fast as the characters of Dead Eye and Job make their way through the story with things happening throughout the story. Also I had to grab my gore suit as there were some descriptive blood happenings within this book!

The author, Ronald Kelly, just draws you into his world and the world of the wild west! The descriptive details of the dusty trails and the atmosphere of the old west just transports you there.  Looking forward to reading the third book in this saga as I want to see where the road leads with Dead Eye and what happens next!
