A small taste of what lies within:
Belinda Moorland has become a part of Ravencrest Manor as she has settled into her role as governess and now she has become entangled with Eric Manning as there is romance in the air. The Harvest Ball is about to begin which is held every year but things are afoot within the grounds of the manor as evil spirits are coming forth to lay ruin on the property and within the manor!
Though that is not the worst of it as an evil witch ghost has risen up and plans to make Belinda's life miserable. Ravencrest Manor is getting ready to explode with wickedness and Belinda becomes caught in the crossfire!
That is about all I can hand out with a small taste so if you want to know more then go read this book!
Thoughts:
This story is the second book in the Ravencrest saga and once again I was transported back into the story. The story slowly builds up momentum to the point that I was flipping through my kindle as the pace picked up with activity!
The authors keep the story moving at a great clip as more things happen on the manor grounds. The evilness of the ghosts and witches just seeps out of the pages as the story just wraps itself around you.
Looking forward to reading the next book in this series to see what happens next!
